We need a drastic shift in our healthcare paradigm. It can take months to see your primary care doctor. When you are seen (usually just once per year) the face-time with the physician is just seven to fifteen minutes, with time only to introduce yourself, answer a few standard questions from the physician and get a superficial physical exam. Your health insurance might pay for the basic labs and medicines that everyone gets but not necessarily for the advanced testing and treatment that will lead your body to optimum health.  This approach to medicine and to your health is not practical, effective or sustainable.

At Beyond Medicine, MD, I will be your partner in your journey to finding whole health. As a physician, I offer extended appointment times on a regularly occurring basis with the ability to easily communicate with me in between appointments, giving you the time, access and ongoing support you deserve.

I am passionate about uniting medical science with natural interventions to advance the knowledge of the root cause of disease, identify the building blocks of health, and to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal and regenerate. Through personalized nutrition and micronutrient supplementation our bodies can be optimized to naturally fight off disease and be restored.

Without the restrictions and barriers inherent in accepting health insurance, this approach allows me to pinpoint disease at a genetic, cellular and biochemical level. Ultimately, this leads to a treatment plan tailored toward your unique body and make up and allows you to exercise autonomy in your healthcare, truly putting you in the driver's seat of your health and life.
